BREAKFAST-N-UR POCKET
Earl Timmons' creation that will carry you Louisiana to Heaven.

2 tubes of large butter milk biscuits or crescent rolls
2 eggs (to be used to baste biscuits before placing in oven)
2 c cubed smoked ham
2 c soft scrambled eggs
(mix ham with eggs while scrambling eggs)
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Honey (preferably in squeeze bottle)
1 clean King size bed sheet

Roll each biscuit out 5" by 6".
Squeeze a small amount of honey on two rolled out biscuits.
Place 1/2 c of egg and sausage mixture on one rolled out biscuit.
Lay second biscuit (with honey squeezed on it), honey side down, on biscuit with egg and sausage mixture.
Pinch edges to seal edges.
Beat 2 eggs.
Baste top of biscuit pocket with beaten egg.
Bake at 350-400 degrees in 12" oven for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown on top.
(You may want to cut pockets in half. One half is a meal for some folks.)
Keep the bed sheet near. After you eat only a half of one of my BREAKFAST -N-UR POCKETS you will literally
weep as you think if Heaven is any better it will be unbelievable.) YOU WILL NEED THE KING SIZE SHEET
BECAUSE A QUEEN WILL BECOME SOAKED TO RAPIDLY FROM YOU WIPING YOUR TEARS
OF BLISS



Bacon-Cheese-Pull-Aparts

1 egg                2 tablespoons milk        1 (2.1 oz) precooked bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 (16.5oz) can Pillsbury Grands Flakey Layer Refrigerated Original Biscuits
3 oz (3/4 cup) shredded cheddar Cheese        ¼ cup finely chopped green onions

1. Heat oven to 350. 2. In large bowl, beat egg and milk until smooth. 3. Separate dough into 8 biscuits, cut
each into quarters. Gently stir biscuits pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly.  Fold in bacon, cheese and
onions.  Spoon mixture into oven, arrange biscuit pieces in single layer. 4. Bake at 350 for 23 to 28 minutes or
until golden brown. Cut into squares.
